    Pay: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour Children’s Support Workers & Team Leaders – Residential Care Location: Telford Hours: 37.5 per week (2 on / 4 off shift pattern) Contract: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent Be part of a brand-new children’s home! We are excited to announce the opening of a new residential home for children and young people and are seeking caring, motivated, and dedicated Support Workers and Team Leaders to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, working within a supportive and passionate team where everything we do is centred around the needs of each child or young person. What We Offer Support Workers: £13.50 per hour Team Leaders: £14.50 per hour Additional £60 per sleep-in shift 37.5 hours per week on a 2 on / 4 off rota Permanent, full-time roles with career progression opportunities Be part of an exciting new service where you can shape its success and growth About the Roles Children’s Support Worker Work directly with children and young people, promoting their wellbeing, independence, and safety Create a nurturing, supportive environment where children feel valued and respected Support emotional, social, and educational development Help young people build positive routines, develop life skills, and grow in confidence Collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to achieve the best outcomes Team Leader All responsibilities of a Support Worker, plus: Lead and guide the team on shift, ensuring high-quality care and consistency Support and mentor team members in their daily practice and development Assist with care planning, behaviour support strategies, and record-keeping Promote a positive and inclusive team culture focused on child-centred care About You We are looking for individuals who are: Passionate about helping children and young people achieve their full potential Caring, patient, and resilient, with a strong child-centred approach Qualified (or working towards) Level 3 in Residential Childcare (essential for Team Leaders, desirable for Support Workers) Excellent communicators and strong team players Committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment Important Information Please note: We do not offer sponsorship for these roles.
