Position Title: Account Manager Reporting Manager: Managing Director Position Summary: The Account Manager plans and executes transportation events within budget while representing TMS in a favorable light. This position is the primary point of contact for customers and seeks opportunities to increase sales and implement cost-saving measures for TMS. This position will make sure client and customer needs are being met. They will lead with success handling of any client complaints, working to find solutions to anything client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship. This position will lead efforts to drive positive and safe associate engagement for their shows and monitor and critique opportunities and performance. Responsibilities: • Maintain relationships with clients throughout planning process through post event, • Build and maintain accurate event proposals, budgets, and invoices in a timely manner through CRM and ERP systems, • Work with operation to devise an efficient and cost-effective transportation/ shuttle operation plan, • Strategize all-encompassing elements of the show, • Coordinate staff, routing, and vendors to implement the transportation plan, • Strive to implement the plan within budget and critique success and opportunities, • Attend and serve as management for the events, • Strong written and verbal communicator of event operational plans and post event critiques, • Work with procurement and operations to refine bus requirements, • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits, • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands, • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization, • Strong leadership skills and proven supervisory experience and capable of solving complex problems, • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interface with VIP/VVIP clients, senior stakeholders, • Minimum 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, event management, hospitality, or transportation operations experience with high-profile or executive-level programs strongly preferred., • Proven ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while managing multiple priorities with composure and precision, • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, especially in dynamic or time-sensitive situations, • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, accounting, and vendors), • Self-directed and resourceful, with the ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with organizational goals, • Strong leadership traits and experience supervising or directing staff in an event or operational setting, • Ability to assess complex scenarios, recommend solutions, and make sound decisions that uphold service excellence, • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in planning, documentation, and communication, • Comfortable working through ambiguity and adjusting to evolving client expectations, last-minute changes, or secure/VIP-related requirements., • Ability and willingness to travel frequently, including extended assignments, weekends, holidays, and rapid deployment for emergency or VIP activations Compensation & Benefits Package: A competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
