Job Description Senior Director of Finance Compensation: $200,000–$250,000+ annually (plus annual performance bonus) Employment Type: Full-Time | Executive About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Finance to lead strategic financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the organization. This executive will serve as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing financial insight to support growth, operational efficiency, and long-term business strategy. This role oversees budgeting, financial modeling, internal controls, and performance analytics while partnering closely with Operations, Manufacturing, and Revenue leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions., • Provide executive-level insights on profitability, cash flow, operational performance, and strategic investment decisions., • Oversee development of financial models to support new initiatives, pricing, capital expenditures, and revenue forecasting., • Implement and maintain strong internal controls, compliance, and risk management protocols., • Evaluate business performance metrics and develop dashboards to support data-driven decision-making., • Partner with operations and manufacturing teams to improve cost structures and operational efficiency., • Lead financial audits, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure GAAP compliance., • Knowledge:, • GAAP, financial reporting standards, and corporate accounting, • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling methodologies, • Cost accounting, capital planning, and operational finance, • Industry-specific financial dynamics (manufacturing or operations-heavy environments preferred), • Skills:, • Advanced Excel and financial modeling, • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, • Leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration, • ERP/financial systems expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar), • Abilities:, • Translate financial data into strategic business recommendations, • Build scalable financial infrastructure for growth, • Lead teams and develop finance talent, • Navigate complex financial scenarios, modeling risks and outcomes, • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)., • 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience., • Proven track record overseeing budgeting, FP&A, and financial reporting., • Prior experience supporting operations or manufacturing environments is a strong plus., • Exceptional communication, leadership, and executive presence.
