Position Overview We are seeking qualified Home-Based Therapists to serve children and families referred by the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS). Therapists provide strength-based, trauma-informed clinical services directly in clients’ homes and communities, ensuring safety, stability, and empowerment. This is a 1099 subcontractor role — not a W-2 position — and ideal for experienced, compassionate professionals who value autonomy, strong support, and meaningful work.
