Job DescriptionJob Title: Customer Experience Analyst (Part-Time) Location: La Mesa, San Diego (Remote or Onsite) Schedule: 20 hours per week | Monday-Friday | Between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Experience Analyst to join our client's team in La Mesa, San Diego. This part-time role offers flexibility to work either remotely or onsite and is ideal for a professional who thrives on improving processes and enhancing the overall customer journey. Strong Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, are required for this role. The Customer Experience Analyst will evaluate customer interactions, feedback, and service trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities include analyzing call data, survey results, and customer touchpoints; tracking performance metrics; preparing reports; and partnering with internal teams to recommend and implement service enhancements. This role will also assist with documenting workflows, maintaining quality assurance standards, and supporting customer satisfaction initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze customer interactions, feedback, and service data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, • Review call recordings, survey results, and CRM data to evaluate overall customer satisfaction and service quality, • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience and response times, • Prepare clear, concise reports with actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams, • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to recommend process improvements, • Assist with quality assurance initiatives and maintain documentation of workflows and service standards, • Support implementation of customer experience strategies and monitor ongoing performance, • Identify gaps in service delivery and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and engagement, • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems, • Participate in team meetings and provide input on customer-focused initiativesQualifications:, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools preferred, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to work independently in a remote or onsite environment, • Background in customer service, operations, or data analysis highly preferredAdditional Details:, • Located in La Mesa, San Diego, • Contract to hire role, • Monday-Friday 7am-5pm PST, • Onsite or remote schedule, Part-time role - 20 hours per week, • Compensation: $28.00-$32.00 per hour DOEIf you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply now - we are conducting interviews immediately!
