JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Our client is looking for an Epic Cadence Referrals RTE Analyst that will focus on new build, supporting, and optimizing the Epic system, specifically within the Cadence, Referrals, and Revenue Cycle (RTE) modules, • This role involves analyzing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting these modules to ensure efficient patient scheduling, referral management, and revenue cycle processes, • System Design and Configuration: Configuring and customizing Epic Cadence, Referrals, and RTE modules to align with organizational needs and workflows, • Workflow Analysis and Optimization: Analyzing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to enhance efficiency and patient care, • Testing and Validation: Developing and executing test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of system configurations and enhancements, • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving issues related to Epic Cadence, Referrals, and RTE, providing support to end-users and escalating complex problems as needed, • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with end-users, clinical teams, and IT staff to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure successful implementation of system changes, • Training and Documentation: Developing and delivering training materials to educate users on new features and workflows, and maintaining documentation related to system configurations and processes, • Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support, • Resolve complex client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or solution application, • Collaborate with business owners and key stakeholders to define requirements and solutions, • Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies, • Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills working with complex projects and cross-functional teams, • Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members as necessary REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other Health Care related field or equivalent experience, • Relevant experience of 5+ years within a healthcare environment, • 5+ Years Build, Optimization, Project, Maintenance, Testing Experience, • Certified Combination of Epic Cadence, Epic Referrals, Epic Security, Epic RTE/RTA, • Experience with Epic Radiant workflows between Epic Radiant and Epic Candence (Cert would be a plus, but experience is required), • Strong understanding of Epic's functionality and configuration options within the specified modules, • Ability to analyze complex workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions to improve efficiency, • Strong Ability to add perspective in a consultative manner on design for build and project direction, • Ability to mentor and coach Jr. team members; Team Lead experience is a plus, • Able to establish and meet delivery dates, • Ability to manage multiple projects and issues adjusting priorities as needed, • Adeptness to learn new assignments, technologies, and applications quickly and manage multiple assignments simultaneously, • Strong problem and issue resolution experience and create quality deliverables KEY SUCCESS ATTRIBUTES: • Integrity, passion, and ethics are required, • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, • Has strong analytic and problem-solving abilities and techniques, • Exhibit consistent initiative with strong drive for results and success, • Demonstrate commitment to a team environment?, • Well-developed written, verbal, and presentation communication skills including deep listening and attention to detail, • Ability to self-motivate and self-direct, • Possess strong time management and organizational skills, • Commitment and adherence to company Core Values CORE COMPETENCIES: • High level of integrity & ethical judgement, • Communication, • Consistency and Reliability, • Meeting Standards 401(k) ELIGIBILITY e4health offers a retirement benefits package including 401(k) with company match. • Full-time employees will be eligible to contribute to a 401(k)-retirement account after successfully completing 90 days of employment., • Part-time employees will be eligible to contribute to a 401(k)-retirement account after completing 250 hours of worktime. PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Sitting, talking, hearing and near vision are required over 90% of the time. Feeling is required over 90% of the time and reaching is required about 50% of the time. The ability to travel to field sites may be required up to 15% of the time. WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Over 90% of the time is spent indoors, with protection from weather conditions.
