Job Description Body & Ballet Collective is the first 1st ballet-inspired fitness studio in Nashville combining the elegance, artistry and athleticism of classical conditioning into an accessible format for all levels- no experience required. Our innovative PT approved method, created by real ballerinas for real people offers a fresh low-impact transformative technique for anyone who wants to achieve the beauty and strength of a ballerina's form. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, experience with ClubReady software, and a passion for helping others! Additionally, our ideal Associate will express a willingness to learn about our method, build relationships with and educate potential/existing clients on our brand, sell memberships/retail, and make our clients feel seen, valued and warmly welcomed of course! Front Desk Associates must be confident answering phones, contacting prospective clients, fulfilling daily tasks, assisting client needs, making sales pitches and overcoming objections to close sales, opening/closing the studio and working with ClubReady software. Body & Ballet Collective offers convenient blocked scheduling hours and the ability to earn commissions on membership sales in a fun, supportive environment!
