The CRNA will consult and collaborate with the entire surgical care and interdisciplinary team for patient care planning. The CRNA is responsible for routine maintenance and cleaning of anesthesia equipment. • Conduct comprehensive preoperative evaluations to assess patient medical history, physical condition, and anesthesia risks., • Review laboratory results, imaging studies, and other diagnostic information to determine appropriate anesthesia plans., • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient needs and surgical requirements., • Administer various forms of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local anesthesia., • Continuously monitor patients’ vital signs and anesthesia depth during procedures., • Manage airway and respiratory support as necessary throughout the surgical process., • Provide care in the post-anesthesia recovery unit, monitoring patients’ recovery., • Assess and manage any immediate postoperative complications or side effects related to anesthesia., • Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Basic Requirements/Certifications: • Current, full, active, and unrestricted CRNA license in any State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia., • BE/BC by National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)., • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)., • Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS) preferred., • 3+ years' experience as a CRNA including 18 months within the last year., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR)., • Experience on a military site working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor is preferred. Education Required: • Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program. In this role the therapist will provide a full range of psychological services to include psychological assessment, diagnostic, and evidence-based treatment services.
