Job DescriptionROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Manager for Kathleen Van Wieringen, your primary responsibility is new business acquisition and to grow our customer base. You play a critical role in expanding the agency by identifying and following up on leads, building new relationships, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This is a Sales role that requires a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others. You will work with prospects and customers, ensuring their needs are met through tailored insurance solutions and excellent service.
