Job Description The Buddy Group, Producer Position Overview: As a Producer at The Buddy Group (TBG), you are responsible for leading the successful delivery of marketing campaigns, integrated projects, and ongoing retainers across multiple clients. You own projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring alignment across teams, maintaining momentum, and delivering high-quality work on time and on budget. You serve as the central hub between Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production, proactively driving projects forward, identifying risks early, and ensuring clear communication at every stage. You are expected to operate with autonomy while contributing to the overall strength and consistency of TBG’s production discipline. Key Responsibilities: • Project Ownership & Execution: Lead projects end-to-end, from initial kickoff through final delivery, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables., • Project Planning and Strategy: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows that align with client objectives and internal resourcing., • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day coordination across internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment, accountability, and efficiency., • Timeline and Budget Management: Own project timelines and budgets, proactively managing risks, flagging issues early, and driving solutions to keep projects on track., • Client Communication: Act as a primary day-to-day client contact, leading status updates, managing feedback cycles, and maintaining strong, professional relationships., • Process & Operational Contribution: Support process improvements, contribute to estimating and scoping discussions, and help refine production workflows and best practices., • Team Communication & Documentation: Maintain clear, consistent communication through Asana, Slack, meeting recaps, and status reporting to ensure full visibility across stakeholders. Tools & Systems You’ll Use: • Google Workspace, • Slack and Asana (communication and task management), • Harvest (time and effort tracking) What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years of experience in project management, production, or agency environment, • Bachelors Degree Required, • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight, • Strong communication skills, both client-facing and internal, • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, • Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively drive solutions, • Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and account teams, • High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail Compensation & Work Environment: • Salary range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience), • Full-time, exempt position with opportunities for growth, • Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week in our Orange County office, 3 days remote, • Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k) eligibilityCompany DescriptionToday, organizational growth hinges upon transforming corporate culture, market-based communities and channels of value into engines of shared adventure.
