Key Responsibilities * Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety requirements. * Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and quality expectations. * Manage project site logistics, including equipment, materials, and manpower allocation. * Conduct daily and weekly jobsite meetings, ensuring alignment among project stakeholders. * Enforce all safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks. * Review and interpret blueprints, schedules, and submittals; identify potential conflicts or delays and implement proactive solutions. * Communicate regularly with Project Managers and executives on progress, site challenges, and resource needs. * Ensure inspections, permits, and project documentation are completed accurately and on time. * Maintain project records, including daily logs, quality reports, and photographs. * Travel to and manage multiple project sites as needed throughout assigned regions. Qualifications * 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction, with a strong emphasis on warehouse, storage, or industrial projects. * Proven ability to manage ground-up construction from site preparation through turnover. * Strong knowledge of structural steel, tilt-up, and concrete construction methods. * Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications. * OSHA 30 certification preferred. * Proficient in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). * Willingness and ability to travel extensively and remain on-site for the duration of assigned projects. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Physical Requirements & Work Environment * Ability to stand, walk, and move around the jobsite for extended periods. * Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Frequent travel to out-of-state project sites (company-covered travel and lodging).
