JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Provides support for care management/care coordination long-term services and supports specific activities and collaborates with multidisciplinary team coordinating integrated delivery of member care across the continuum for members with high-need potential. Position Summary We are seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor (4-10's) to work out of our Milwaukee Service Center. The Shift Supervisor coordinates all operations during the second shift. The Shift Supervisor ensures a smooth workflow, adherence to schedules, and a seamless transition between the first and second shifts. Additionally, this role maintains safety standards, prioritizes work, provides technical support, and assists with troubleshooting as required. The Shift Supervisor enforces policies and procedures and documents employee performance and issues.
