Senior Project Manager, Data & Process Mgt - Retail/Apparel Manufacturing background required. Apply immediately for consideration! Contract: 4 months – possible extension – 2 maternity leave coverages Location: Reynoldsburg, OH Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office (T,W,TH) and M. F Remote Pay Rate: $61.40 - $90.88 per hour on W2 POSITION OVERVIEW: • We are seeking an experienced project and change management leader to provide temporary coverage during two maternity leaves. This contractor will play a critical role in driving progress across four key supply chain initiatives, ensuring work stays on track, teams remain aligned, and early ‐ phase efforts are successfully kicked off, • The ideal candidate brings senior ‐ level expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption — along with strong supply ‐ chain domain knowledge, particularly in order management, production planning, apparel demand planning, and raw ‐ material planning. Experience with product development, costing, or related toolsets is a strong plus, • This is a hands ‐ on, delivery ‐ focused role, ideal for someone who can quickly step into complex workstreams, build relationships across time zones, and provide structured leadership in a fast ‐ moving environment What are the top 3 to 5 skills you are looking for from a candidate for both soft skills and technical skills? 1. Domain knowledge in product development and sourcing space QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in preferred areas of Business, Supply Chain Management or Operations within the Retail/Apparel Manufacturing background required, • With 10+ years of experience, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, • Ability to work fluidly across multiple global time zones (U.S. and Far East)., • Excellent Project management and project implementation experience, with demonstrated ability to organize, manage, and lead project teams with minimal support, • Ability to translate complicated concepts into simple business terms, • Ability to influence project team members outside of a direct hierarchy, • Knowledge of the end-to-end supply chain, best practices, and trends in supply chain management, • Strong domain experience in one or more areas: Order Management, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Raw Material Planning. Experience with product development, costing, or relevant technology/tool ecosystems a plus, • Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization; ability to identify audience and flex communication style as appropriate, • Ability to manage issues and conflicts to resolution with composure, • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail, • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decision-making, • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with teams, management, and user community; leverage relationship management skills to achieve results, • Proven technical aptitude to leverage tools in the generation and management of project deliverables (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Planner, MS Teams, MS OneDrive, Visio, RACI, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES: • Program & Project Leadership, • Provide project management oversight to four active workstreams, adjusting level of involvement by complexity and phase:, • Order Management Simplification - Light-touch PM oversight to maintain momentum, • Salesforce Costing to Line Plan Integration - Light-touch PM oversight to maintain momentum, • Apparel Demand Planning Toolset - High-touch involvement to help initiate, structure, and launch the initiative, • Raw Material Planning Initiative - High-touch involvement to help initiate, structure, and launch the initiative, • Build and manage project plans, workstreams, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and meeting cadences, • Facilitate cross‐functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Technology, Production Planning, Demand Planning, RM Planning, Product Development and Merchandise Planning Change Management • Develop change management plans including stakeholder engagement, communication, readiness, and adoption activities, • Support impacted teams through transitions by simplifying communication, preparing materials, and enabling clarity around process or tool changes, • Execution & Communication, • Prepare and lead project meetings with agendas, documentation, key decisions, and action logs, • Provide executive-ready status updates, identifying risks and recommendations clearly, • Translate complex technical or operational concepts into simple, business-oriented language Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join?
