Job DescriptionDescription: Painter Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Pay: Competitive hourly rate + commission opportunities Bring Color to Communities—and Grow With Us At CAF Management, Painters play a key role in keeping our apartment communities looking fresh, clean, and move-in ready. From apartment turns to common area touch-ups, you’ll help maintain the quality and curb appeal our residents expect—while supporting the maintenance team with light general repairs as needed. This role is ideal for someone with painting experience who takes pride in clean lines, attention to detail, and consistent quality—and wants to grow with a company that promotes from within.
