Sacred Circle Healthcare is seeking a temporary intern Content Marketing Intern, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Job Summary General Summary of Duties: The Content Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to get exposure to different Marketing disciplines, develop skills in content management, understand best practices and learn how marketing professionals’ partner with functional leaders throughout the organization to achieve business results. The internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in pursuing a career in Marketing and Communications and gaining experience working with a small strategy team. The intern will also learn and gain experience working in a healthcare clinic owned and operated by the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation, which is governed by the Tribe, Tribal law, and rules and regulations based on Tribal contracts and agreements with the Federal Government. Reports To: Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Business Unit: Sacred Circle Strategy Patient Care: No Worker Status: Temporary, Hourly Benefits Eligible: No Hours Per Week: 15-19 Work Schedule: To Be Determined with the availability of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend work may be required depending on position requirements. Schedule Type: TBD Location: Salt Lake Main Clinic Supervisory Responsibilities: No The successful candidate: • Manage event listings by updating and maintaining the events calendar in the designated app to ensure timely and accurate information., • Update digital signage at various clinic locations to display important announcements, events, and health information., • Compile and format newsletter content by gathering relevant news, updates, and announcements based on guidance from the CCOM., • Develop and edit content for blog posts, website pages, patient education materials to support marketing objectives., • Create visually engaging slide decks and presentations for clinic events, meetings, and outreach initiatives., • Manage and upload content to the company’s Intranet to ensure employees have access to the latest news, policies, and resources., • Manage a checkout list for AV equipment to ensure proper tracking and availability., • Register new users for the app and provide assistance with onboarding as needed., • Update promotional giveaways and SWAG inventory, including Plinko, pinball, and prize wheel items, to support engagement efforts at events. EDUCATION: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at an institution of higher education. EXPERIENCE: Familiarity of basic Marketing and business terminology. Currently working towards a degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, PR, etc. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
