We are currently recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients throughout Montgomery and Bucks County. This is a per diem position. Day-time shifts and great work/life balance! What you'll do: As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice Nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA RN you will: • Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories., • Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care., • Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager., • Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders., • Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends What you should have: • Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA., • One year of clinical experience strongly preferred., • Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you., • Ability to travel to cases as assigned, • A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication., • The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
