Job Description Field Calibration Technician Job Purpose Field Technician I performs calibration on frequently used single-channel manual and electronic pipettes, service to ensure proper performance, precision, accuracy and reliable results at client’s site. Duties and Responsibilities · Complies with all applicable policies, procedures, and processes within Pipette.com Quality Management System. · Performs pipette cleaning, disassembly, verification, and calibration in accordance with established Service Levels. · Service and troubleshoot pipettes to ensure conformance to established manufacturer and customer specifications within the expected range. · Properly uses Laboratory equipment. This candidate is responsible for troubleshooting issues and determining the best course of action for a solution. as well as problem solve for multiple locations and platforms including ongoing technical support to remote area networks, Internet and EDI communications.
