Job DescriptionBottling & Beverage Maintenance Supervisor Job Description • Work a flexible schedule that may include night shifts, overtime, and weekends to support a 24/7 manufacturing plant., • Maintain a personal inventory of tools necessary for the position., • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatics, including air cylinders and electro-pneumatic solenoids., • Troubleshoot and repair basic hydraulics, including cylinders, motors, and solenoids., • Troubleshoot and repair pumps, including centrifugal and positive displacement., • Troubleshoot and repair process fluid transmission, including manual, electrical, pneumatic, and check valves, as well as basic piping configurations., • Troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate process monitoring and equipment such as gauges, meters, transducers, and transmitters., • Lead others in a team-based environment., • Utilize basic electrical skills for tasks such as motor, sensor, and fuse replacement, and understanding PLCs and sensor functions., • Be computer literate, including HMI Interface and setup, email, and data logging., • Understand machinery timing, including stroke, timing, position, dwell, and cams., • Comply with food GMP standards., • Read, understand, and follow machine manuals, mechanical drawings, SOPs, and P&IDs., • Be detail-oriented and comply with necessary documentation, such as work orders and parts inventory removal., • Perform other assigned duties. Essential Skills • Troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment., • Experience with PLCs, pumps, valves, GMP, beverage production, hydraulics, and pneumatics., • Supervisory and management skills., • Preventive maintenance experience within the food and beverage industry., • High School Diploma or GED., • 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience., • High sense of drive, initiative, sense of urgency, and pride to support a high volume, high-speed manufacturing plant., • Specific vision abilities including distance vision, close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception., • Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds., • Ability to stand, talk, hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms frequently. Work Environment Work in a 400,000 sq. ft. distribution and manufacturing facility specializing in high-speed bottling of energy drinks and kids' nutrition drinks. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring adherence to safety and quality standards. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, Texas.
