We are seeking a highly experienced HANDS-ON construction leader who can take projects and operations from concept through close-out and build this division into a best-in-class safety- construction business. Subcontractor & Vendor Management - with assistance of office staff: • Build and maintain a strong network of qualified subcontractors and suppliers across multiple trades and regions in Florida., • Prequalify subcontractors and vendors to ensure capability, financial strength, safety performance, and quality., • Lead subcontractor negotiations to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining quality and schedule., • Oversee subcontractor performance throughout the project; resolve disputes or performance issues quickly and effectively. 5. Contracting, Negotiations & Risk Management • Collaborate with leadership and legal resources to structure, review, and negotiate:, • Identify, manage, and mitigate project and contractual risks, including scope gaps, schedule risks, cost overruns, and claims., • Ensure thorough documentation of changes, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes to protect the company’s interests. 6.
