You’ll work side by side with a passionate culinary team to execute plates with precision, consistency, and pride—while upholding our high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety., • Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes, • Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment, • Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items, • Safely utilize a variety of utensils and kitchen equipment, including knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc., • Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines, • Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures, • Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation, • Perform other duties as assigned by management Who we are: The Sicilian Butcher is a modern-casual dining concept built on the rich culinary traditions of Sicily, reimagined for today’s guest. WORKING CONDITIONS: Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms.
