Technology & Systems Management: • Work regularly and efficiently with FundEZ financial reporting and AvidXchange bill pay programs to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and reporting. • Leverage AvidXchange’s payment automation features to streamline accounts payable processes, reduce manual tasks, and update workflows as needed for greater efficiency. • Oversee payroll processing through ADP. • Ensure data integrity and recommend improvements, as necessary. • Collaborate with the IT vendor to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and maximize the effectiveness of accounting tools. • Work with software vendors, as appropriate, to support system maintenance and improvements, recommending updates or optimizations to enhance financial operations.
