As an Marketing Data & Systems Manager at Loloi, you will be the primary technical owner of our Marketing and Sales technology stack, specifically HubSpot and AirTable. You will act as the bridge between IT and the Marketing team, ensuring these systems are secure, efficient, and reliable. Your goal is to maintain data integrity, manage user access, and support the business by configuring workflows and automations that keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities • Administer HubSpot & AirTable: Serve as the primary guardian of system health, managing properties, schemas, and object relationships to support business requirements, often involving formulas and/or scripts., • Access & Safeguards: Manage permissions, backups, testing, and change management to protect production data., • Data Quality & Governance: Dedupe contacts and companies, fix bad data at scale, implement validation rules, QA/UAT changes, and document standards., • Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards for marketing, sales, and leadership; translate questions into clear metrics and insights., • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, field definitions (data dictionary), and standard operating procedures., • Workflow & Integrations: Create and maintain HubSpot workflows and AirTable automations; safely integrate with tools (e.g., Shopify, Zapier, GA4)., • Problem Solving: Serve as the first line of defense for system issues; investigate bugs, propose fixes, and resolve technical incidents for end-users., • Cross-Functional Enablement: Advise Customer Service, Sales, Product Development, and Digital teams on best-practice data structures related to marketing; assist with integrations, imports, data changes, templates, and process design. Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field, • 3+ years of experience in a systems/application administration role, Marketing Ops, RevOps, CRM Ops, including hands-on ownership of HubSpot and AirTable at meaningful scale., • Fluent in HubSpot Marketing, CRM, Operations Hub (properties, workflows, lists, dedupe, lifecycle, lead routing) and AirTable (schemas, interfaces, automations)., • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills., • Working knowledge of SQL., • Excellent communication and teamwork skills., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities., • Proactive attitude towards system maintenance and improvement.
