Job Title: Facility Technician FSLA Status : Exempt Location: Mt. Pleasant, WI Reports To: Facilities Manager Direct Reports: No Primary Function: To perform and be responsible for programming, maintenance and repair of all aspects of the facilities and equipment in accordance with safety, quality and productivity requirements. Execute general administration work related to building sanitation, organization and function. Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, e.g., equipment maintenance, cleaning, • Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts, • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, • Assist in operations to resolve process and equipment performance issues, • Perform electrical, mechanical and plumbing troubleshooting, • Dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment per plans, • Perform general administration work related to building sanitation, organization and function, • Must embrace safety as a personal best practice by adhering to all safe work practices and following all applicable rules and regulations. 100% participation in safety training activities is required., • The position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, and move regularly throughout the workday in both indoor and outdoor environments., • The role may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds occasionally., • Frequent use of hands and arms is required to operate tools, equipment, and controls., • The job requires the ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders or stairs as needed for maintenance tasks., • The position requires sufficient hearing to respond to alarms, communicate with team members, and operate machinery safely., • Work is performed in environments that may be noisy, dusty, hot, cold, or exposed to mechanical parts and moving equipment. Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
