Position Overview: The Sr. Research Analyst will support Portfolio Managers in conducting in-depth fundamental research on globally listed companies within the Consumer Staples sector. Responsibilities include constructing and maintaining detailed financial models, engaging with company management teams and sell-side analysts, analyzing company and industry trends, and communicating well-supported research findings and recommendations to the team. The Analyst will also be expected to proactively generate and develop original investment ideas, grounded in rigorous fundamental analysis and differentiated insights. This role involves close collaboration with other Sr. Research Analysts and contributing to investment decisions through thoughtful, data-driven perspectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling capabilities, excellent analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a keen awareness of global industry, economic, and market trends. Skills and Abilities: • Minimum of 7 years of experience in equity research, buy-side strongly preferred., • 5 or more years covering the global consumer sector, with emphasis on Consumer Staples., • Demonstrated passion for equity investing and an appreciation for disciplined, value-oriented investment strategies., • Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies., • Excellent analytical, accounting, and financial modeling capabilities., • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills., • Intellectual curiosity and creativity., • Demonstrated teamwork balanced with the ability to direct independent work. Annual Salary: $175,000 – 230,000. Additionally, the Research Analyst will be eligible for an annual, discretionary bonus.
