Work with Construction Services peers to effectively execute projects. 2.) Provide expert knowledge in combustion systems to engineering/estimator on new projects. 3.) Work with estimator to establish project budgets and work to attain. 4.) Work to provide minimum downtime to our customers. Role and Responsibilities: • Experience in Electrical, Controls, Industrial Burners and Mechanical., • Work in a safe manner, making sure that all necessary precautions are taken. Maintain diligence in enforcing safety requirements throughout the organization, • Meet or exceed customer requirements for projects. Work with engineering and management to provide feedback when opportunities for improvement arise, • Provide feedback to engineer/estimator when goals are not believed to be attainable. Provide feedback on lessons learned when goals are missed. Work with customers to insure additional work is properly accounted for on invoices, • Provide a preventative maintenance program to insure requirements of heat treat quality system are met.
