Our nursing leaders play a defining role in how care is delivered, supported, and experienced across every patient journey. We're looking for a Director of Nursing who wants their work to mean something — a clinical leader who brings vision, accountability, and compassion to building nursing programs that prioritize safety, quality, and patient‑centered excellence. Why This Role Matters The Director of Nursing is accountable for the clinical integrity, regulatory compliance, and day‑to‑day execution of nursing services. This role ensures that home‑based and infusion care is delivered safely, efficiently, and consistently across all programs. In this role, you'll contribute to work that: • Ensures patients receive safe, high‑quality nursing care in their homes, • Builds strong nursing teams grounded in clinical excellence and accountability, • Maintains full compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC), • Advances a patient‑first, clinician‑led organization focused on outcomes, • Plan, organize, develop, and direct the Nursing Services Department in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as URAC and ACHC accreditation standards, • Develop, maintain, and update nursing policies, procedures, and clinical standards of practice, • Provide leadership and oversight for home health nursing services, including subcontracted providers, • Ensure adequate staffing levels, recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of nursing staff, • Oversee nurse competency development and continuous clinical education, • Lead performance improvement initiatives, audits, and corrective action plans, • Collaborate with Medical Director and Operations leadership to ensure excellence in patient admissions and ongoing care management, • Monitor and manage departmental budgets and nursing‑related expenses, • Review patient care plans, clinical records, and outcomes for quality and compliance, • Develop systems to ensure safe, effective, and therapeutically appropriate nursing care, • Support coordination between nursing services and other patient care departments to ensure seamless care delivery, • Serve as a senior clinical leader available for on‑call coverage and escalation support, • Maintain active engagement with physicians and referral partners, • Strong clinical leadership experience and the ability to guide high‑performing nursing teams, • A patient‑centered approach rooted in safety, empathy, and quality outcomes, • Confidence overseeing regulatory compliance, accreditation, and quality programs, • Strategic thinking balanced with operational execution, • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada, • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in home care or hospital nursing, • Minimum of three (3) years of nursing leadership or management experience, • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, • Master's degree in Nursing or related field, • Specialty nursing certification, • Nurse License Compact (NLC) eligibility Here, you'll find: • Purpose‑driven clinical leadership with system‑wide impact, • A patient‑first, clinician‑led culture, • Strong partnership between nursing, pharmacy, and operations, • Executive visibility and meaningful influence over care delivery While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
