Position We are looking to elevate our teams performance with the opening of a full-time Warehouse & Facilities Assistant. This position assists and supports the Operations Manager with various activities from customer order fulfillment to maintaining facilities. Responsibilities • Order fulfillment - Prepare (pick and pack) and load outgoing shipments, complete associated documents accurately, • Unload incoming deliveries, verify contents and complete associated documentation accurately, • Assist with maintaining warehouse through stocking, organizing, and cleaning; including performing and documenting inventory spot check, • Assist with reporting and troubleshooting of shipping issues, • Product labeling and packaging, • QC incoming and outgoing, precision manufacturing and analysis products, • Support facilities maintenance, • Work in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to company safety policies Experience & Requirements A valid US drivers license is required. This position can be physically demanding. The candidate must have the ability to consistently lift 50 LB and occasionally 75+ LB. Pallet jack and/or forklift experience is preferred. Experience / certification with HAZMAT shipments is a bonus. Candidates should be detail oriented, have a sense of urgency, a get it done work ethic, strong attendance history, be customer focused and demonstrate concrete organizational, time management, and prioritization skills along with effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience with any of the following is a plus; ERP systems, inventory management, cycle counting, Microsoft 365, LTL shipments, UPS, FedEx, vendor tracking & purchasing.

That's why we live different, play different. The Cost Accountant ensures the integrity of financial records through the month-end closing process and various account analyses throughout the month. Drives management decision-making through reporting and interface with operations personnel. Uses and monitors the proper internal controls/procedures to ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded. What you’ll do as a Cost Accountant: • Prepares and inputs journal entries, review of variances, and re-classing accounts for month-end settlement and closing process., • Analyzes and reconciles accounts to ensure the proper recognition of expenses; correct errors; communicate process errors across ELM site to prevent further occurrence., • Prepares and analyzes various weekly/monthly reports to highlight activity and trends, which may include material usage, production variance, labor variance or various expense reconciliations., • Maintains databases/spreadsheets for controllable expenses, temporary employees, prepaid expenses, utility accruals and others as required., • Reviews controllable expenses with department managers monthly., • Reports and monitors labor hours, temporary employees via ADP., • Ensures accurate timing of expenses by reviewing parked invoice reports and open purchase order reports., • Assists in the monthly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory., • Assists in budget preparation for the Operations division., • Reviews 3PL warehouse P&L and make adjusting entries as needed., • BS in Accounting or Finance, • Five years of accounting experience, preferably with a manufacturing facility. Job Description What You’ll Do The School Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects at both campuses for our school. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, overseeing facilities, coordinating administrative support, and ensuring that the school environment is safe, organized, and conducive to learning. The School Operations Manager works closely with school leadership, staff, and external partners to support the overall mission and objectives of the institution. Key Responsibilities: • Academic administration, • Support the scheduling team with developing and implementing the school schedule., • Manage the coverage of classes/duties for absent staff., • Manage the logistical elements of all major student assessments (i.e. MCAS, ANET, MAP, ACCESS, SAT, PSAT, midterm and final exams etc.), • Support with new staff onboarding and offboarding, • Manage student enrollment, intake and disenrollment., • Develop and manage operations during school break academies like Feb break, Summer school etc, • Support Early college operations which includes, but are not limited to scheduling, transportation needs, staff coverage etc., • Collaborate with the Athletic Director to support student club assignments and systems, • Event planning and execution, • Plan and support family and staff events (report card conferences, heritage month celebrations, community meetings, clubs showcases, open house, family nights, etc), • Organize and promote all schoolwide events, • Lead and supervise the execution of afterschool and during the schoolday events, • Work with the team to debrief/catalogue school eventsand activities., • Operations staff school supplies, equipment, and resources., • Plan and support with scheduling and logistics for school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities., • Ensure safe and reliable student transportation services by overseeing student transportation and school vehicle management., • Lead the school readiness/startup process each school year through planning and ordering furniture, equipment, instructional supplies, and ensuring that student services (e.g. food service, transportation) are ready to go., • Financial Oversight:, • Track expenditures and ensure that all operational Collaborate with the Student Success Team to operationalize culture systems, • Technology and student information systems., • Manages our SIS (powerschool) and maintains accurate student data and information in compliance with federal, state, regional and school expectations What You’ll Need • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Access, • Ability to work independently on a variety of tasks, • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with students, parents/families, colleagues, and community members, • Previous experience in operations (experience in school operations preferred), • Prior K-12 teaching or educational experience preferred, • Strong attention to detail and follow-through, • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines, • A dedication to fighting racism in our educational institutions and in daily life, and
