Position Description Origis Energy is seeking an experienced M&A professional to lead and execute the company's utility scale solar and energy storage business growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and closing attractive project and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. The position will serve as an integral leadership role as part of a high performing M&A team responsible for all aspects of profitable growth, expansion via mergers and acquisitions, and capital recycling. The role provides an opportunity to join a leading, vertically integrated renewable energy developer with an extensive portfolio of operating and under construction projects along with a growing pipeline of utility scale solar and energy storage projects. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY The Assistant Director of Residential Services is responsible for the overall administrative, operational, and regulatory oversight of assigned DHS-funded programs. This role ensures program excellence through strong leadership, fiscal accountability, regulatory compliance, staff development, and high-quality, person-centered services. The Program Manager will be responsible for contract compliance, curriculum development, training, implementation of enrichment activities and theme based projects, recruitment of staff, scheduling of activities, daily supervision of Program Directors, record keeping and reporting and assist with the planning and organizing of special events and monitor budgeting. The Fiscal Coordinator will provide ongoing support for all budget and forecasting related functions as well as billing and financial systems. This includes budgeting, reforecasting and management of government and private insurance funding to ensure that all activities fall within funder and agency guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES Financial & Budget Support • Assists the Managing Director of New Business and Special Projects in designing, implementing, and monitoring program budgets to ensure alignment with organizational and grant requirements., • Collaborate with CRW Directors, Department Heads, the Senior Budget Analyst, and Finance staff at the Educational Alliance to coordinate program expenses, revenue billings, and budget allocations., • Strong Knowledge and maintain positive working relationships with funders, regulators, coalition partners, Medicaid providers, and government agencies (e.g., NYC DOHMH, NYS OASAS, NYS DOH, SAMHSA, HRA) to support fiscal and program operations., • Track and coordinate all revenue streams with Sr. Budget Analyst at EA Finance and administrative staff at CRW., • Oversee tracking of all billings and receivables prepared by other CRW staff, including determining if further action on any item is required., • Assists with monthly financial statements, variance reports (budget vs. actual), and forecasting, ensuring alignment with CRW’s strategic goals.
