The Role We're seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven User Acquisition Manager to lead and scale paid acquisition efforts across Mode Mobile's consumer app portfolio. This role will focus on executing and optimizing campaigns across major mobile and web channels to drive efficient, profitable user growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven performance marketer with strong mobile UA fundamentals, a test-and-learn mindset, and experience scaling spend while maintaining healthy CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics across diverse audiences and geographies. • Hands-on performance buying, • Strong analytical rigor and experimentation discipline, • Experience working with creative teams and external partners Who You Are and What You'll Do • Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across core paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok (SRNs/SANs), Programmatic DSPs, Rewarded Ad Networks, and more, • Responsible for the daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROAS) of your campaigns, • Manage and scale daily spend while maintaining efficient CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets, • Run ongoing A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, formats, messaging, and funnels, • Analyze campaign performance data to surface insights and optimization opportunities, • Partner with creative teams to develop, test, and iterate on high-performing ad concepts, • Stay current on UA trends, platform changes, attribution updates, and emerging channels, • Contribute to the evolution of Mode's growth playbook, including testing new channels, formats, and markets, • This is an individual contributor role managing the UA efforts for the Mode Earn App and other apps, with frequent opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, partnering with product, data analytics, and design to improve funnel performance. What You Bring to the Team • 1-4 years of hands-on mobile UA buying for consumer apps, games, utilities, or subscription products. Ideally, experience with In-app ads monetized products, • Proven experience managing Mobile App campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok (SRNs/SANs), Programmatic DSPs, Rewarded Ad Networks, and more, • Strong analytical skills fluent in Excel/Sheets and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular (BI Tools & Attribution Frameworks), • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution, • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Monetization, and Creative teams, • Strong communication and reporting skills with the ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations, • Bonus: Experience with ASO, web-to-app flows, rewarded traffic, or viral growth strategies, • Alignment with our core values:, • AccountableYou take ownership of your responsibilities, demonstrating trustworthiness and self-discipline.
