Job Description Helpdesk Technician (Willowbrook, IL) Compensation: Based on Experience, 401K and Health and Life Insurance. The Professional Service Technician role is to ensure the stable operation of TBS networked solutions installed in primarily Public Libraries and Higher Education markets as well as other similar industries. Job Description The Graduate Records Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and management of records within Slate and Banner. This position ensures that incoming documents are efficiently sorted, accurately uploaded, and properly indexed in Slate to support a seamless admission and enrollment process. POSITION DESCRIPTION Under the supervision of the Director of Citizenship and Immigration Legal Services, assisted by the Lead Attorney, the Paralegal Intake Specialist is responsible for assisting directly in processing various immigration forms and work permits processed by the Immigration Legal Services Office, such as asylum applications, Employment authorization documents, (EAD), Adjustment of Status (AOS), collection and organization of supporting documentation, meeting with clients in follow up appointments, filling out initial screening or partial application documents at workshops, and diverse administrative support tasks directly related to immigration legal services clients. The Paralegal Intake Specialist will interact with clients in the office and at workshops for IDPL and partner organizations. The Paralegal Intake Specialist helps to ensure that legal guidelines are followed, that filing documents is timely and adheres to departmental policies, providing superior customer service when in contact with the public, and may assist preparing data for weekly or monthly funder program reports. The Paralegal Intake Specialist assists in processing applications in the office and at workshops held on the weekend. Job Description Onsite IT Technician- is responsible for providing local operational support for an office or group of offices. This position requires both excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. The candidate must possess a process and project orientated mindset and be efficient working individually as well as part of a larger team. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable on a wide range of technology and adaptable enough to be able to leverage it against a wide range of technical issues. The candidate must be highly motivated and self-reliant individual with a desire to better themselves.
