Job Summary Under the supervision of the Home Care Coordinator, the CNA - Home Health Aide is responsible for providing and assisting participants with activities of daily living and other assigned duties within their homes. Monitors health status and provides a safe environment for participants. Promotes professional working relationships with both internal and external customers.
