Job Description Position Summary The Manufacturing Coordinator plays a critical role in driving efficient, data-driven manufacturing operations. This position partners closely with production and operations teams to ensure work orders, production activity, and inventory transactions are accurate, timely, and aligned within the ERP system. Serving as a key link between the shop floor and operational reporting, the role provides real-time visibility into production performance, supports planning and decision-making, and helps maintain the integrity of core manufacturing data. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to gain hands-on experience and make a measurable impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, release, monitor, and track manufacturing work orders in the ERP system, • Maintain visibility into work-in-process (WIP) and production status, • Accurately enter and validate production transactions, including labor hours, quantities produced, and scrap, • Support work order closeout, reconciliation, and basic variance review, • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production and operational reports, • Support inventory accuracy through disciplined transaction processing and documentation control, • Coordinate with production, planning, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and support workflow efficiency, • Maintain organized production records in accordance with company policies and internal controls Qualifications • Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered, • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, or ERP support role, • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skills, • Experience working with ERP systems; manufacturing modules strongly preferred, • Working knowledge of bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and work instructions, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Physical Requirements • This position is primarily sedentary and performed in an office and manufacturing environment, • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer, • Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and office equipment, • Occasional walking on the production floor, • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role Equal Employment Opportunity The Company is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
