Experience: Previous experience in the restaurant industry is often essential, with at least a few years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience specifically in a hotel restaurant setting is advantageous. Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. - Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
