Job Description Project Manager / Client Success Executive We are currently looking for Project Managers / Client Success Managers to join our growing Client Services team. Ideal candidates will have a healthcare software implementation background combined with successful project management experience and the ability to come up to speed quickly. Working with our account management team, project managers and project coordinators assist in building and managing successful relationships with both new and existing customers, appropriately identifying their needs and goals in order to aid them in reaching success using our population health management product. Responsibilities: • Manage the implementation of our population health software solution, • Build and adhere to detailed project plans, • Assist project team in maintaining successful relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their population health needs and goals, • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success, • Define and coordinate tasks and resources to ensure contract deliverables are on target to meet milestones, objectives and goals, • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities to be monitored and tracked to ensure progress, • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and/or project costs as needed/applicable, • Identify and minimize project risks, • Track any/all open issues, working internally and with customers to address and resolve, • Actively work with co-workers to resolve open issues, • Validate claims and clinical data as needed, • Assist in the training of customers, when applicable, • Report and escalate issues as appropriate to management, • Help prepare quarterly internal and customer-facing presentations, • Consistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, • Ensure, as part of a project team, that both customer and company objectives, expectations and goals are being met Skills and Experience: • Must have proven working experience in project management within the healthcare industry, • Knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and tools, • Understanding/experience with healthcare data (Clinical/EHR, Claims, etc.), • Implementation of healthcare IT software, • Strong working knowledge of claims and clinical data, • Understanding of interfaces (preferred), • Knowledge of population health and value-based care (a plus), • Accustomed to customer-facing roles, • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, • Ability to embrace change and company growth, • Strong analytical skills, • Critical thinking with problem-solving skills, • Planning and organizing, • Decision-making, • Communication skills, • Team player, • Positive attitude, • Adaptability, • Stress tolerance Position Security Classification CRITERIA: POSITION RISK LEVEL High Risk (if any of these are true) Access to Restricted information, including PHI and PII Elevated access privileges Access to the Security Infrastructure Medium Risk Access to Confidential, but not to Restricted information Low Risk Access to Unclassified information only Project Manager / Client Success Executive: High CRITERIA: SECURITY ROLES & RESPONIBILITIES Security Roles & Responsibilities: · Approve security-related changes · Execute security-related changes · Not applicable Policy/procedures for Lightbeam Cyber Security Incident Response (CSIRT) team Project Manager / Client Success Executive: Not Applicable SECURITY ROLE-SPECIFIC TRAINING Annual Incident Response Exercises
