About the Role We are looking for an experienced, AI-forward Head of Business Systems to lead the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operations of POS360s internal technology ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary owner for the platforms that power ourbusiness;including Salesforce, NetSuite,Celigo, Slack, BambooHR, and our BIplatform;ensuring theyoperatereliably, integrate effectively, and scale with company growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Planning & Operations, this role is accountable for delivering against the business systems roadmap and advising on system-related tradeoffs, while partnering closely with senior leaders on prioritization and execution. This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior manager who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology, has strong execution skills in high-growth environments, and is passionate about applying AI and automation to improve how teamsoperateday to day Key Responsibilities Systems Strategy & Roadmap • Own and execute the business systems roadmap, ensuring technology initiatives are aligned with company OKRs and near- to mid-term growth priorities., • Evaluate, recommend, and implement new platforms and integrations as the business scales, building a best-in-class internal technology stack., • Serve as the primary business systems partner to senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and People;translating business needs into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans., • Build and manage a transparent intake and prioritization process for systems requests, balancing competing demands with business impact and resource constraints., • Oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce, NetSuite,Celigo, Slack, BambooHR, the BI platform, and other business-critical systems., • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all platforms,establishinggovernance policies and best practices., • Identifyand implement practical AI and intelligent automation solutions to improve efficiency across core business processes, including Quote-to-Cash,Procure-to-Pay, and Hire-to-Retire workflows, • Identifyhigh-impact automation opportunities across the Quote-to-Cash,Procure-to-Pay, and Hire-to-Retire workflows., • Manage relationships with software vendors, system integrators, and implementation partnersnegotiating contracts, holding partners accountable to deliverables, and ensuring POS360 gets maximum value from external engagements., • Provide risk assessments and mitigation strategies for major system changes, migrations, and new implementations, ensuring business continuity throughout., • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of system administrators and developers,operatingas a hands-on player-coach when needed to ensuretimelyand high-quality delivery., • Establish clear goals, performance standards, and professional development plans for team members., • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and operational excellence. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, ora relatedfield. MBA or advanced degree preferred., • 7+ years of progressive experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or IT operations, including experience leading complex system initiatives and mentoring team members or project contributors., • Proventrack recordat high-growth technology or SaaS companies (Series B+ or $50M+ revenue) managing complex, multi-platform environments., • Deep hands-onexpertisewith Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud) and NetSuite (ERP, financials, procurement)., • Strong experience with integration platforms such asCeligo, MuleSoft, orWorkato, and a solid understanding of API-based architecture., • Experience managing or partnering closely with BI/analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar)., • Demonstrated ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities with diplomacy, data, and a clear decision-making framework., • Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation solutions within business systems workflows., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences., • Self-starter with a builder mentality, low ego, and a bias for action. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect)., • NetSuite certifications (e.g.,Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant, or Administrator)., • Experience with BambooHR, Slack enterprise administration, or similar collaboration and HR platforms., • Familiarity with FinTech, payments, or POS industry dynamics., • Experience leading system migrations, large-scale implementations, or M&A technology integrations., • PMP, TOGAF, or other enterprise architecture / project management certifications., • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their role in enterprise system architecture.
