We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support project performance measurement across multiple dimensions including cost, schedule, process efficiency, and communication effectiveness. This role will play a critical part in ensuring project success by providing actionable insights, developing performance dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Collect, analyze, and interpret project data related to cost, schedule, scope, and quality., • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track project performance., • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders and senior management. 2. Cost & Schedule Analysis • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures., • Analyze schedule adherence using tools like MS Project or Primavera., • Identify variances and trends, and provide recommendations for corrective actions. 3. Data Management & Governance • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems., • Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and assumptions., • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field., • Experience with Capital / Construction projects required., • 2–5 years of experience in a data analysis or project controls role., • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and project management tools., • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance frameworks., • Experience in Agile or Waterfall project environments., • Knowledge of cost control systems (e.g., Deltek, SAP, Oracle).
