DESCRIPTION Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through: • Preparing course plans and materials, • Delivering courses, • Monitoring progress/attendance, • Advising students, • Recording grades and submitting reports The Nursing Instructor must have a BSN, although a Nurse Practitioner is preferred. Must also have a Nursing License in NC or other compact state and 4 years of experience, some of which should include clinical experience. BSN is required to teach in Practical Nursing Program.
