Location Management: Overseeing operations, including coordinating boat or bus arrivals and departures, managing ticket sales, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism. - Monitor crowd levels and implement crowd control measures as needed. - Coordinate with boat or bus captains and crew to ensure smooth operations. - Manage ticket sales, transactions, and inventory. - Maintain orderliness of the pier area. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously. - Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
