The Manager of O&M who will support the performance and profitability of the operating portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, monitoring asset performance, and assisting in the implementation of best practices to ensure long-term value and reliability of assets. The Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, external service providers, and key stakeholders to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations. Required Education • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. Required Experience • 3–5 years of experience in asset management, operations, or portfolio management (renewable energy preferred)., • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors, contractors, or service providers., • Familiarity with financial and operational reporting processes., • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Working knowledge of renewable energy technologies (solar, EV charging, or battery storage) is strongly preferred. Key Job Responsibilities • Monitor and track performance of operating assets, escalating issues and assisting with corrective actions when needed., • Assist in onboarding new assets into the portfolio, ensuring accurate documentation and handover to relevant internal stakeholders., • Support the development of operating budgets, forecasts, and maintenance plans., • Partner with third-party service providers to ensure contract compliance, timely response to issues, and quality execution of services., • Coordinate reporting requirements related to operations, compliance, and financial performance., • Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for assets and portfolios; prepare reports and presentations for internal leadership., • Support safety, compliance, and ESG monitoring activities across the portfolio., • Assist in site visits, review meetings, and inspections with operating partners and service providers., • Contribute to process improvements and identification of opportunities for performance optimization., • Provide administrative and operational support to the asset management and investment teams as required., • Other duties as assigned.
