Job Description As a Journey-Level Sprinkler Fitter, you’ll work on a variety of projects throughout Boise, Idaho- Treasure Valley and surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for the install , inspect, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential environments. Bringing craftsmanship and precision to every job site. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety- focused, and confident working independently or a part of a crew. Complete an application online for the Boise, Idaho area Call or text : 503-396-7983 Recruiter : Lisa Colburn Email: Responsibilities • Install, assemble, and test fire sprinkler systems according to blueprints, specifications, and NFPA standards, • Cut, thread, and install steel cooper , and CPVC pipe, • Perform service repairs, and routine maintenance on existing systems, • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and hydraulic calculations, • Collaborate with project managers , superintendents, general contractors, and other trades, • Conduct inspections and ensure systems meet code requirements, • Maintain safe work practices, comply with OSHA, and company safety standards Qualifications: • Be at least 18+ years of age. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S., • Journey- level Sprinkler Fitter Fire protection license preferred, • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in fire installation and/ or service, • Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire protection standards, • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and in varying environments, • Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation, • Ability to lift 50+lbs and work on active construction sites, • Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail, • Pre-action fire suppression system experience, • NICET level l or ll in Sprinkler systems, • Backflow certification The hourly rate for this position is $30.00-45.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
