POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including Inventory Control, Receiving, Picking, and Shipping. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order processing, and efficient shipping performance. The Warehouse Manager monitors operational metrics and SLAs, leads continuous improvement projects across all warehouse and facility areas, and supports CTPAT-related activities assigned by corporate global Trade. Additionally, this role ensures that the facility, equipment, and workplace infrastructure remain in optimal condition while maintaining a safe work environment that complies with safety standards. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: • Warehouse operations management., • Team leadership and workforce planning., • Inventory control and accuracy., • Facility and equipment troubleshooting., • Knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance., • Familiarity with OSHA requirements and workplace safety standards., • Vendor and contractor management., • Familiarity with CTPAT or supply chain security (preferred, not required)., • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills., • Excellent follow-up and follow-through with vendors and internal teams., • Ability to effectively manage time, priorities, and projects to meet deadlines., • Clear communication and coordination with cross-functional teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Line Leader Duties • Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance management to support team development and achievement of AirLife goals., • Align team’s objectives with AirLife priorities, ensuring compliance, promoting a culture of accountability, and upholding AirLife values., • Take accountability and ownership for actively participating in recruitment processes and supporting fair treatment in disciplinary processes for your team., • Drive continuous improvement by fostering innovation, operational excellence, and adoption of best practices within the team., • Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and career development through regular check-ins, talent reviews, and succession planning., • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, and shipping workflows., • Lead, train, and manage the warehouse team, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management., • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper material handling and storage practices., • Monitor productivity, KPIs, and operational effectiveness, implementing improvements when needed., • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational standards., • Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring proper functioning of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, etc.)., • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the facility and equipment., • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers., • Track facility budget, service contracts, and maintenance schedules., • Support infrastructure upgrades and facility improvements., • Implement and maintain workplace health and safety policies and procedures., • Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations., • Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and evacuation procedures., • Promote a safe work culture among the warehouse and facility teams., • Support CTPAT-related activities in coordination with corporate security/compliance., • Monitor KPIs and SLAs for all operational areas., • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement., • Lead and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels., • Uphold and embody AirLife’s values in all aspects of work., • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in daily work; look for ways to improve and promote quality & safety., • Inspire the trust of others; treat people with respect and dignity and embrace the value of diversity., • Use time efficiently; perform job accurately, thoroughly, and conserve Company resources to improve profits., • Contribute to building and maintaining a positive team environment.
