What You'll Do: CoreWeave is seeking a Product Manager, Supply Chain Systems to lead the strategy and execution of enterprise supply chain applications tailored for GPU cloud infrastructure and hyperscale data center operations. This role is part of the CIO organization's Strategy and Transformation team, working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Center Operations, Finance, IT, and Enterprise Architecture to design and implement scalable, automated, and data-driven supply chain solutions. About the role: In this role, you will define the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for CoreWeave's supply chain systems, ensuring they support the unique challenges of AI and high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure -including GPU procurement, inventory optimization, global logistics, and real-time infrastructure capacity planning. You will be responsible for supply chain planning, sourcing, material requirement planning, inventory management, product data management, quality/returns, and logistics systems, driving automation, efficiency, and visibility across CoreWeave's rapidly expanding data center network. Partner with technical architect, system engineers, and data analysts, with a product mindset to drive high-quality innovative 1P and 3P solutions. • Define End-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, validation (user interviews, process mapping, data analysis), PRDs/user stories, delivery planning, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement., • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi‑quarter roadmap for supply chain systems and integrations (ERP, procurement, inventory, returns, PDM/PLM, MRP, logistics), with clear problem statements, target users, and north‑star metrics., • Lead end‑to‑end product delivery: discovery, requirements, scoping, prioritization, delivery planning, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement for enterprise supply chain products., • Own outcome-oriented KPIs and dashboards (availability, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, lea time reliability, deployment velocity, cost-to-serve); define baselines, targets, and operating cadences., • Drive platform interoperability and automation using modern integration patterns and iPaaS where appropriate; reduce manual handoffs and ensure data consistency across systems., • Partner with Engineering and Systems teams to design secure, reliable integrations and services; ensure products are instrumented for reliability (SLIs/SLOs), observability, and supportability., • Establish telemetry, monitoring, and incident workflows for jobs and interfaces (MRP runs, inventory syncs, PO/AP flows, logistics updates) with strong documentation and operational playbooks., • Champion user experience and self‑service for internal users across Supply Chain, DC Ops, and Finance; streamline workflows with intuitive UI, automation, and clear release notes/change management., • Define success metrics (adoption, SLA attainment, data quality, cycle‑time reduction), publish dashboards, and communicate status, decisions, and impact to stakeholders and leadership., • Run a lean product operating cadence: backlog hygiene, quarterly planning, cross‑functional reviews, and measurable feedback loops (surveys, usage analytics, incident/theme analysis)., • 7+ years in Supply Chain Systems Product Management or adjacent domains (ERP/SCM product ownership, logistics technology), ideally within data center, cloud infrastructure, or semiconductors., • Demonstrated product leadership: discovery/validation, PRDs and user stories, KPI design, roadmap prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and landing adoption at scale., • Deep experience in agile methodology as product owner, defining the product direction for supply chain systems, collaborating with IT engineering to build a roadmap with prioritized features., • Experience partnering with engineering to build first‑party features and services; working fluency in APIs, events, data models, and fundamentals across front‑end/back‑end/data engineering., • Strong understanding of supply chain technologies and integrations; able to guide configuration/architecture of third‑party systems and make build/buy/extend tradeoffs., • Domain familiarity across planning/MRP, procurement/S2P, PDM/PLM, inventory/warehousing, logistics, supplier risk, and performance measurement at cloud scale., • Track record delivering large‑scale system rollouts and automation, with attention to platform reliability, data quality, and controls., • Hands‑on familiarity with ERP/SCM platforms (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan) and integration patterns that enable real‑time visibility., • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate complex systems into clear product narratives and decisions., • Proven experience designing and managing large-scale integrations across complex supply chain ecosystems., • Effective collaboration skills with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Security, and Engineering. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
