Job Description Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Job description: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Wakeman Boys & Girls Club is seeking a passionate, mission-driven team-builder to fill the McKinley Elementary School Site Director role. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the growth, quality, and success of the program. The primary responsibility of the Site Director is to manage the day-to-day operations of the before-school and after-school program, as well as support the management of the Schools Out Program and the Summer Camp program at the Southport Clubhouse. The Site Director will foster a fun learning environment, utilizing a broad range of enrichment activities where students feel engaged and empowered.
