Job Title : Healthcare Services Manager Location : Remote (Candidates must reside in Florida, United States) Job Type : Full Time Our client is looking for an experienced healthcare leader to manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-quality, coordinated care across the continuum. If you're passionate about improving outcomes, driving team performance, and ensuring members receive the right care at the right time, this role is a strong fit. What You'll Do • Lead teams across areas such as care management, utilization management, care transitions, behavioral health, LTSS, and other specialized programs, • Ensure integrated, proactive care delivery that aligns with regulatory standards and organizational clinical models, • Oversee daily operations, staffing, productivity, and service levels to support a positive member experience, • Hire, coach, mentor, and develop team members while maintaining high performance and quality standards, • Facilitate interdisciplinary care team (ICT) meetings and support cross-department collaboration, • Conduct quality audits, review outcomes, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance and cost-effectiveness, • Build strong relationships with providers, partners, and internal teams to support seamless care delivery, • Prepare and report on utilization metrics, population management outcomes, and productivity indicators, • Travel may be required depending on program needs What You Bring • 7+ years of healthcare experience, including 3+ years in managed care (UM, CM, BH, LTSS, etc.), • At least 1 year of healthcare leadership or management experience, • Active clinical license if required by state or program (RN, LVN/LPN, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMSW, etc.), • Strong understanding of state, federal, and third-party regulations, • Knowledge of community resources and experience working with diverse populations, • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related platforms Preferred Qualifications • Active RN license, • Professional certifications (e.g., CCM, CPHM, CPHQ), • Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare populations, • Clinical background in a healthcare setting
