Position Overview: The Director of Clinic Operations provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all Clinical services within the Mountain View PACE network. This role is critical in ensuring that our unique model of care is delivered with consistency, creativity, and impact. You bring a determined, forthright approach—never afraid to voice opinions, confident in making independent decisions, and steady in seeing your ideas through. In this role, you will guide clinical operations at multiple sites, inspire high-performance teams, and lead initiatives that protect compliance, accelerate program growth, and elevate organizational performance through clinical outcomes Key Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee Mountain View PACE Clinic operations, ensuring the highest level of effectiveness while staying true to Mountain View PACE's mission and model. • Provide strong, confident leadership and mentoring of Clinic Management staff., • Initiate and drive policy and procedural change to meet compliance standards while advancing innovation., • Oversee clinical staffing, ensuring top-tier talent is recruited, retained, and inspired., • Manage medical record oversight and guide the use of Electronic Medical Records, shaping processes with a big-picture, results-driven mindset., • Act as a bold and decisive liaison across Mountain View PACE departments, contracted providers, and community services., • Take ownership of the Risk Adjustment process and drive quality improvement efforts. Participate actively in Triad leadership activities, bringing a strong voice and Clinical perspective to growth initiatives. • Advise on budget decisions and financial investments that strengthen clinical operations. Supervisory Responsibilities: * This position carries significant leadership authority and influence, managing multi-site clinical teams with confidence, clarity, and a commitment to results. Required Skills/Abilities: • Proven track record of multi-site clinical leadership, preferably in geriatric care or a similar healthcare setting., • Strong leadership presence, able to drive results, influence others, and lead with vision and conviction., • Confident decision-maker with the persistence to see goals through, despite challenges or criticism., • Ability to inspire teams across disciplines while remaining laser-focused on outcomes., • Organized and steady, able to balance strategy, compliance, and operations at the same time., • Must hold a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; frequent regional and occasional overnight travel required., • Excellent communication and persuasion skills—direct, clear, and impactful., • CPR and First Aid Certification., • Post-secondary education in healthcare, healthcare administration, or business., • Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with leadership and multi-site management experience. Current Kentucky license or ability to obtain one., • Experience working with elderly or frail populations preferred; willingness to undergo training required. Requirements: Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. * Must be able to drive a motor vehicle. * Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. * Is subject to lifting, carrying, and supporting Participants. Schedule: Standard operating hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday. Specific work hours will be established through discussions with your supervisor.
