Position Overview The Operations Coordinator will support the school operations team in the day-to-day operations. Duties/Responsibilities School Systems • Provide logistical support and coordination to the Director of Operations for school activities involving staff, parents, and students., • Be the first responder to teacher calls for support in the classroom., • Support planning and execution of school-wide events and fundraisers., • Coordinate purchasing/distribution for materials and services (e.g., field trips, uniforms, office supplies, and teacher supplies) as the Director of Operations & Operations Manager assigns., • Support the School Nutrition Program when needed (e.g., meal application entry, monthly meal calendar submission, daily meal count reporting, monthly compliance documentation submission, and meal balance collection)., • Aid in daily attendance procedures and works with the Registrar to ensure the accuracy of students’ daily attendance., • Assist in achieving a high ADA by communicating attendance expectations to families and assisting in other activities. Job Description Primary Purpose: Direct, coordinate, and work cooperatively with the Medical Director and agency staff in the operational management of the residential programs. Position Summary IOOV is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Events & Strategic Partnerships to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our signature events while expanding corporate sponsorships and community partnerships. This leadership role is responsible for: • Driving event-based revenue, • Securing and stewarding sponsorships, • Expanding strategic partnerships, • Elevating IOOV’s brand visibility, • Producing culturally powerful and financially successful events This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Event Strategy & Execution • Lead planning and execution of large-scale events with 100 or more attendees, • Develop timelines, budgets, sponsorship targets, and run of show documents, • Oversee contracts, vendors, venues, permits, and on-site production, • Ensure events meet financial benchmarks and measurable impact goals Sponsorship & Partnership Development • Identify, secure, and steward corporate sponsors, • Develop sponsorship packages and partnership proposals, • Maintain strong relationships with business leaders, funders, and community stakeholders, • Ensure sponsor benefit fulfillment and post-event follow-up Brand & Experience Leadership • Oversee event branding, promotional materials, and on-site guest experience, • Ensure alignment with IOOV’s mission and cultural values, • Collaborate with communications and development teams Reporting & Accountability • Track budgets, revenue, sponsorships, attendance, and outcomes, • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide executive-level reports, • Maintain a comprehensive events calendar and planning systems Community Representation • Represent IOOV at community events and civic engagements, • Serve as a visible ambassador for the organization Qualifications • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in event leadership, fundraising, or partnership development, • Proven success managing large-scale events, • Experience securing sponsorships or managing corporate partnerships preferred, • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed, • Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
