Job Description Warner Pacific Position Description Level Funded Quoting Specialist Level Funded Center of Excellence Position Summary The Level Funded Quoting Specialist is responsible for managing the analytical, carrier-facing, and consultative aspects of Level Funded new business within the Level Funded Center of Excellence. This role leads census analysis, carrier RFP submissions, proposal reviews, broker communications, ensuring accurate quoting, underwriting alignment, and high-quality benefit solutions. The LFQS works closely with Sales Teams, Brokers, Case Intake Specialists, and carrier partners to deliver timely, compliant, and competitive Level Funded proposals. This role requires strong analytical skills, carrier product knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently. Overview of Responsibilities New Business & RFP Management • Analyze census data to assess group demographics, participation, and underwriting considerations., • Prepare and submit Level Funded RFPs to carrier partners in accordance with carrier guidelines and timelines., • Perform RFP scrubs to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with underwriting requirements., • Review carrier proposals for accuracy, plan design, rates, and participation compliance., • Track RFP status and follow up with carriers to ensure timely quote delivery., • Follow up with Brokers and/or Sales Consultants on outstanding documents and information as per department workflow., • Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers regarding Level Funded quoting and proposal questions., • Communicate carrier feedback, underwriting requirements, and next steps clearly and professionally., • Collaborate with Sales Teams to align quoting strategy and carrier positioning., • Provide benefits proposal support, including plan and network recommendations based on carrier product guidelines. CRM & Documentation Management • Maintain real-time updates in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate visibility and reporting., • Ensure opportunities, RFP submissions, and proposal outcomes are properly documented., • Maintain strong working knowledge of Level Funded carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and participation rules., • Stay informed on market trends and carrier strategies impacting Level Funded solutions., • Maintain consistent, clear, and professional communication with internal teams, brokers, and carrier partners throughout all quoting and sales processes., • Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure clarity and accuracy in all written and verbal communications., • Facilitate seamless hand-offs and information sharing across Sales, Administrative, Service and Finance teams., • Partner closely with Case Intake Specialists to ensure submission-ready data and smooth workflows., • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities., • Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned cases and outcomes., • Judgment: Apply sound decision-making aligned with carrier and organizational standards., • Solutions-Oriented: Proactively identify issues and recommend resolutions., • Professional Presence: Serve as a trusted resource for brokers, sales partners, and internal teams., • Role Model: Demonstrate accuracy, responsiveness, and service excellence. Additional Skills and Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred., • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Level Funded, large group, or underwriting-adjacent roles., • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis., • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce., • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills., • This position allows for remote work, with occasional in-office attendance for meetings or training as required., • Full-time, Monday to Friday, with overtime during peak periods as directed by management., • Minimal travel may be required. Compensation • Hourly Range: $29.80 - $33.65 per hour, • Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, and/or skill level., • The hourly or salary range is the range Warner Pacific in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
