Your Way Insurance, has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing revenue streams, reconciling collections, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting under GAAP — specifically ASC 606. You’ll leverage your analytical and statistical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting both operational and strategic decisions across the organization How you'll make an impact • Analyze revenue transactions and assist in applying ASC 606 principles, including contract identification, performance obligations, and variable consideration., • Reconcile and monitor cash collections, accounts receivable, and contract assets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of revenue recognition., • Build and maintain data models to forecast revenue trends, analyze policy-level performance, and detect anomalies or potential write-offs., • Conduct statistical and variance analyses across revenue streams, identifying patterns that inform leadership decisions and forecasting accuracy., • Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Strategy, Operations) to validate revenue inputs, assumptions, and underlying data sources., • Support the month-end and quarter-end close process with detailed reconciliations, schedules, and documentation for internal and external audit., • Continuously evaluate and enhance data integrity between systems (e.g., Snowflake, Salesforce, and Sage Intacct) to ensure consistency in revenue and receivables reporting., • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements across financial and operational datasets., • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance. About You Required: Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration) and 2 years of related experience required. Preferred: • Understanding of GAAP, with a willingness to learn and apply key principles., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new software. Experience with existing tools is a plus., • Experience in data analysis and working with large datasets; experience with data visualization (e.g. PowerBI) and SQL or Snowflake queries is a plus, • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
