Job Description The Construction Cost Estimating approach at National Core is linked to an overriding department philosophy of "Cradle-to-Grave" management, thus construction is involved with projects from initial site identification to post occupancy surveys. The Construction Cost Estimator reports directly to the Vice President of Construction Estimating for a range of professional responsibilities in the development of and maintenance of the Historical Cost Model, and the development of cost estimates for individual project costs, including the pre-development analysis of various multi-family affordable projects. These cost estimates include initial pre-development evaluations of the potential site impacts and requirements, review of reports and studies, preliminary assessment of the regulatory requirements, the oversight of various design consultants, and involvement in the construction bid process. The job entails responsibilities as both a general contractor and as an owner's representative managing third party general contractors. The Estimator works with the Vice President of Construction Estimating to prepare construction contracts, scopes of work, cost estimates, CPM schedules, bid packages, and shall be responsible for the buyout of projects assigned by the Construction Vice Presidents and Construction Managers. The Construction Cost Estimator is also responsible for the successful completion of the assigned projects on time, on budget, and within project quality standards. The Construction Cost Estimator is also responsible for the Pre-Development phase of projects as assigned by The Vice President of Construction Cost Estimating and The Senior Vice President of Construction. These responsibilities include initial site reviews; conceptual cost estimates; entitlement processing monitoring; input as to cost implication; design consultant management relating to buildability, cost, quality, and value engineering, as examples. Job Description Primary duties • Maintain compliance management software, • Review NOV (Notice of Violations) or action item list noted during inspections or testing of customer sites, utilize customer’s contract protocols to correct action items, • Review NOV issued by state regulatory agencies and received by customers, and load action items into the compliance management software, • Create repair work orders in field service management software for each customer’s site with open action item list., • Monitor status of Environmental Compliance dashboard at contracted inspection sites, and close action items in compliance management software upon successful completion of repairs by JFPG technicians., • Create and/or maintain efficient schedules for inspection and testing work., • Dispatch and/or work with dispatchers to issue work orders to compliance staff, ensuring schedules and customer satisfaction is met., • Review and familiarize self with compliance contracts, providing details as needed., • Utilizing location’s regulatory guidelines to create reoccurring schedules then load those dates in compliance management software for monthly, annual, and triennial inspections/testing for customer sites., • Review/Scrub testing paperwork for accuracy before being submitted to customer and state agencies., • Point person to train field-based and management teams on compliance management software., • Assist field-based teams with loading site equipment inventory and data into compliance management software & assist with questions related to use of the compliance inspection app, • Work closely with Management team(s), Dispatchers, Repair technicians, and Compliance Staff to assure timely completion of site repairs and testing., • Work closely with JFPG central team performing 24/7 site monitoring via Insite360 Forecourt product, • Maintain communication with sales team as new customers are enrolled in Inspection & Compliance Services program., • Evaluate day-to-day processes and make suggestions on ways to improve., • Meet with clients and vendors, as needed, to develop and maintain relationships with customers., • Obtain and maintain certification in State(s) A/B operator programs and manufacture(s) testing equipment Job Requirements • Familiarity with retail and commercial petroleum equipment service and maintenance delivery, • Familiarity with ServiceMax field service management software (or equivalent), • Familiarity with Pass Tools or Titan compliance management software (or equivalent), • Well versed in Microsoft products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, • General awareness of environmental regulations affecting the operation of storage systems that contain and dispense petroleum products, • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, • Detail oriented and ability to oversee multiple tasks at once, • Excellent communication skills and time management, • Good team player, • Able and willingness to travelCompany DescriptionJones Covey Group, Inc. is a full-service fuel system contractor specializing in above and underground fuel systems for retail, commercial and government clients. Job Description Position Summary: Support and execute in-store marketing and sampling events, tradeshows, and corporate functions. Represent the company professionally, help drive sales, and ensure events run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: 1. In-Store Demos & Sampling Events * Help plan and run store-level demos and sampling events. * Supervise temporary staff and keep a list of top performers. * Set up and tear down demo stations, keeping everything clean and food-safe. * Maintain the demo booth according to company standards. * Engage with customers, answer questions, and promote products to meet sales goals. * Report sales results and coordinate with different retail chains. 2. Represent DRF Professionally * Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude at all times. 3. Tradeshow Support (Retail, Club, Foodservice) * Assist with planning and setup: samples, booth design, staff needs, scheduling, and logistics. 4. Corporate Events * Help organize company events like golf outings and customer meetings (on-site and off-site). 5. Marketing Support * Support the marketing team with branding efforts and special initiatives. 6. Event Supplies & Vehicle Loading * Load and unload event supplies from company vehicles neatly and safely. * Make sure supplies are organized and transported efficiently. 7. Inventory Management * Keep track of demo materials, order supplies, and manage promotional giveaway stock. 8. Product Sample Orders * Coordinate with Customer Service and the Warehouse to process sample orders. * Prepare product pallets for demos, roadshows, and events. 9. Other Duties * Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Schedule & Travel First Day Setup: * 1st shift: 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM * 2nd shift: 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM Regular Hours: * 1st shift: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM * 2nd shift: 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM * Must be available Saturdays and Sundays with rotating shifts during the week.
