By taking on this role, you will provide clinical supervision and unit coordination to the PACU. With an emphasis on professional development and success, you will encourage caregivers to enhance their skills and the patient experience through improvement initiatives and incentives. 30% of your day will consist of administrative tasks such as coordinating staff scheduling, training, procedural scheduling and patient throughput, and Kronos work, while the other 70% will consist of hands-on patient care. A caregiver in this position works days from 9:00AM – 6:30PM or 8:00AM – 5:30PM, with on-call requirements.
